Personal Alarm
Keeping our independence is always very important to everyone but this is not always easy as we get older. We can advise how to make your home as safe and accessible as possible for you but living alone still leaves you vulnerable.
This is why we have a special arrangement with a UK company and have brought to Crete friends and family personal alarms. The personal alarm can be worn as a pendant and is fitted with a UK SIM card.
With this option, we can pre-program the device to our 24-hour on-call number or to your emergency contact number. When the button is pressed, or the device detects a fall, the nominated number will receive a phone call and text with the GPS location of the device. The call will come through the customer’s personal alarm, allowing them to speak directly with the person in need and ask what type of help is needed.
There is an initial purchase charge then a monthly rental cost paid directly in the UK. For more information, please contact us.
